I was just visiting Rush's site when I glanced down and saw his review of the film Henry Poole is Here (starring Luke Wilson). He said it was pretty good, so I may have to take some time to go see it soon!
It also stars ECU Alum Beth Grant too!
It's out in theaters this week! Go see it and let me know what ya' think!
Here is the trailer...

Cool, this movie looks meaningful. Looking forward to seeing it. Luke Wilson was good in Legally Blonde. Hey, why don't you start ECF? Edge's Chick Flicks at blogspot.com Oh yeah! J/K :)
Go Beth Grant, Arrgggh!
hey dude!..see?..I posted on a flick too this week..ha
I'll have to check it out!
Jennier,
I don't know if I could handle another blog... you on the other hand... :O)
Angel,
You beat me to it!!!
Brooke,
Looks good!
Don't bother me. Don't you know it's Barbara Stanwyck day on TMC?
Geesh!
Z,
Yah, I don't think Stanwyck is in this one!
;O)
no, i'll not go to the theater even for you!

I like Luke Wilson...sounds interesting! :)N
Luke Wilson.
enough said.
Not even for me Nanc?!?! :O(
Pinky & Nikki,
...and Radha Mitchell is in it too!
;O)
did you see george lopez on h&c the other night? if you had you'd NEVER promote a thing with him in it - he's snorting in hussein obama's flanks big time.
Nanc,
Can't say I'm really surprised. I mean really how many Hollywod minority types are going to vote McCain? If Lopez was a McCain supporter I think I would have fallen out of my chair!
I learned my lesson a long time ago with Cinderella Man. I'm surehis costars Wilson and Mitchell are no different, so I just try to concentrate on the story.
Nanc,
It probably does a little, but acting in basically pretending to be someone else and getting paid for it! HA!
Thanks for the review! I loved this movie as well. If anyone missed it the first time around, I encourage you to check out the recently released family version. It was such a great story about a real life guy who was struggling with his faith and accepting it. This is something that I've been struggling with myself for the past couple of years. It was such an encouragement to see this played out. And it's really cool that I've found a site, http://www.henrypoolebelieves.com. Right now it looks like they are giving away 10 copies of the movie for free. If you haven't seen the movie yet, or even if you have, you could always give it to a friend, but it's definitely worth checking out! GREAT movie for a FAMILY movie night!
