Juno (FOX 2007)

Don't look now, but Hollywood has made another pro-life movie!

Wha...huh? Another one?

Sure, remember Knocked Up? Interestingly, that film was released right before Juno.

Yep, apparently the good ol' days of Fast Times at Ridgemont High are over for Hollywood! People doing the right thing sells those tickets now!

Here is the summary from IMDb...

A tale told over four seasons, starting in autumn when Juno, a 16-year-old high-school junior in Minnesota, discovers she's pregnant after one event in a chair with her best friend, Bleeker. In the waiting room of an abortion clinic, the quirky and whip-sharp Juno decides to give birth and to place the child with an adoptive couple. She finds one in the PennySaver personals, contacts them, tells her dad and step-mother, and carries on with school. The chosen parents, upscale yuppies (one of whom is cool and laid back, the other meticulous and uptight), meet Juno, sign papers, and the year unfolds. Will Juno's plan work, can she improvise, and what about Bleeker? Written by {jhailey@hotmail.com}

They must have been high on marijuana when they agreed to do the movie, ha.

Seriously they do some good films now and then.

Definitely one of zgirl's favorite movies!

Edge - you have GOT to see Tom Selleck in the remake of "Monte Walsh" - if you saw the first with Lee Marvin, you won't be disappointed - at the risk of not ruining it for you - it's about one of the last true cowboys...that's all for you...
