The Christmas Truce

Sorry, I've been away from you my fellow bloggers. I've been doing some travelling and of course finally ended up at Ma' and Pa' Edge's house to celebrate the BIG DAY!

I truly hope this Christmas will be a special one for you and that you all have a happy and wonderful New Year! Though we've never met personally, I consider you all my friends!

I came across this story the other day and I thought I would add it to ECM! If you've never heard of this, it's a wonderful story! If you have heard of it, it's a great reminder of the power of this very special day!

God bless you all, and I promise to be back as soon as I can! Now, I have to go help Ma' Edge with the turkey...and now...

The History Channel had a special about this truce last night. Very moving!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Edge!

I've read about the Christmas Truce before, Mark. To bad we can't have Christmas Truces with everyone all year long!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! May yours be joyous and blessed. :)

Edge, I don't know for sure, but since your comments are moderated, I can't tell whether I called you "Mark" or not. I think I did! If so, please forgive. I must have become confused as to whose blog I was on.

A very merry Christmas to you, Edge! Give Ma and Pa Edge an extra hug, just cause I asked nicely (uhhhh, I guess I should have said please.)

Glad your travels brought you safe to your destination.

Hope 2009 brings much happiness, joy, peace, and prosperity to you.

(Ok, now ask Ma and Pa Edge to give you an extra hug.)

I hope you had a great Christmas with the folks.

Quiet here, all company has gone home. I've already taken down the tree and decorations. I put them up so early, by the day after Christmas I'm sick of them, ha.
