I must admit to having written a READ THIS FIRST email to people but never after quite such vitriolic stuff, only when I 'took stupid' and finally caught on to something! :-)

fyi - you can now retrieve emails you send out, but only for a short period of time and before the other party opens them.
Em needs to improve upon her listening skills first.
Second, just chill.
It does make some sense, though.
